DESCRIPTION:We are looking to have people from within the community that are caring for someone at home come along and have a conversation about having an emergency plan and why it is important for both the carer and the person that they are caring for.\n\nWe will have services in the room that the carer’s can meet and discuss information that may be relevant to them –  eg.
