DESCRIPTION:Following on from our August Webinar on Building Energy Efficient Houses we are now exploring what you put in your home in the way of energy-efficient appliances.  The focus is on the two biggest energy uses in the home: space conditioning and water heating.  It will help you navigate the technology and product choices involved in selecting water heaters and home heating/cooling equipment\, as well as other significant energy users like fridges\, will also be discussed. \nIf you are thinking of purchasing or upgrading your appliances then this session will be a great investment of your time. The presentations will be made by leading home energy and consumer experts from the independent\, national not-for-profit organisations Renew and Choice. They will also discuss where to find and how to use online resources (e.g. product comparison tools) that can help households make smart choices.
