Protect Big Spotty and the surrounding forest at South Brooman (petition)

February 19, 2026

Big Spotty’s forest is under threat. Giant trees depend on the surrounding forest for wind protection, soil stability, water balance, and the rich web of life that sustains them.
Logging the surrounding area puts all this at risk, damaging forest that should be set aside for wildlife and eco-tourism.
That is why we are calling on the NSW Government to immediately declare the North Brooman State Forest a Big Spotty Flora Reserve, to permanently protect this forest and secure Big Spotty’s future.
