Spring Equinox Ceremony – Balance and Regrowth

Geoff Berry is celebrating the Spring Equinox at a new venue in Mogo, where his old friend Narelle Madden is setting up a yoga studio called Practice.

He’ll be weaving in some ecospcyhology – always looking to deepen connection to and build relationships with more-than-human nature at every chance – as well as dropping in some Zen/Insight dharma talk action and brining along a mythic tale or two. This will be interspersed with quiet minutes, to give us the chance to meditate on how this all fits with our everyday life. Coz it don’t mean a thing if it ain’t got that swing 🙂

Numbers are strictly limited; to fit the space and also to keep that intimate, gentle, reflective vibe that works best for moments like this.
