Heat and Smoke Havens

The Havens are intended as community‑based places that offer localised support and sit alongside the Eurobodalla Shire’s official emergency centres. Instead of developing new, purpose‑built infrastructure, our focus is on enhancing existing spaces and supporting the organisations involved to work together effectively.

Look for your Nearest Haven

Heat Haven Maps montage

  1. find your nearest haven on the map
  2. ring ahead to see if the haven is open
  3. make your way to the haven
  4. look out for the Heat Haven banner.

  • Anglican Parish Batemans Bay (Stage 3)
  • Uniting Church Catalina (Stage 5)
  • Roundsquared, Moruya.
